Job summary

Wireless DNA is seeking a dedicated trainer and partner-relationship specialist to coach Sub-Dealer Partner locations in Calgary. You will lead coaching sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices, and visit sites regularly to assess performance and provide feedback.

You will develop and deliver training materials, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and monitor key metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Store Manager or District Team Lead experience within telecommunications is required.
• Strong coaching and training abilities for partner locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training to new Sub-Dealer Partner locations on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess partner performance, provide feedback, and offer additional support as needed.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and resources to support partner development and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between Wireless DNA and Sub-Dealer Partner locations, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and product updates to provide relevant support to partners.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with partners to promote loyalty and long-term success.
