Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive coaching and training to Sub-Dealer Partner locations on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess partner performance and provide feedback.
• Develop and deliver training materials and resources for partner development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and optimize processes.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Act as liaison between Wireless DNA and Sub-Dealer Partner locations to ensure alignment of goals.
• Stay updated on telecom trends and product updates to support partners.
• Foster positive working relationships with partners to promote loyalty and long-term success.
