Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness seeks energetic Retail Team Members to deliver the Saje Experience in our stores, support offices, and distribution centres. You will engage with Community Members, demonstrate 100% natural wellness products, and guide wellness journeys through education and tailored recommendations.

You’ll contribute to a positive work environment, meet KPIs, and collaborate with a dynamic team that values wellness, inclusivity, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma and willingness to learn about plant-based products.
• Comfortable in scented environment and delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to upsell and build product baskets to meet customer wellness needs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and teammates to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Saje Experience through product demos and education.
• Connect with customers and demonstrate products to drive awareness.
• Achieve KPIs including revenue, turnover, and loyalty growth.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and operations.
• Coach and uplift teammates, fostering belonging and inclusion.
• Engage with community and conduct outreach.
