Job summary

Urban Barn is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Kelowna, BC. You will guide customers through furniture and home décor selections, provide friendly service, and help create inviting spaces for shoppers.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail sales experience, comfort with POS systems and iPads, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with transactions while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Familiar with using a POS system and iPad.
• Flexible schedule: minimum 3 days (12–20 hours) per week, including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift.

Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Assciate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends).

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
• Provide a warm greeting to every customer

What you Bring:
