Job summary

Urban Barn in Emerald Hills, Sherwood Park, AB, is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate to help customers create spaces they love. You will guide décor choices, greet shoppers warmly, and share product knowledge to inspire confidence and loyalty.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail, comfort with POS and iPad, and a flexible schedule including weekends. You’ll contribute to a friendly, design‑driven team and enjoy store discounts and bonuses.

Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends).

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
• Provide a warm greeting to every customer
