Jarlette Health Services is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for an on-site, part-time role at Muskoka Landing in Huntsville, Ontario. The RPN will provide direct resident care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include orientation support, participation in committees, and adherence to MOH/MLTC guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51).
• Experience in a Long-Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset.
• Performs care planning and coordination within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates use of current care technology.
• Exhibits strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ensures MOH and MLTC requirements are met.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care in accordance with established care plans and document resident information accurately.
• Coordinate care and supervise designated nursing personnel under supervision of RPN leadership.
• Assist in orienting new team members and residents; participate in committees as assigned.
• Apply quality improvement and risk management principles in daily practice.
• Manage supplies efficiently and maintain the physical environment and equipment.
