Jarlette Health Services’ Southampton Care Centre in Southampton, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide direct resident care under the direction of the Director of Care and Registered Nurse. Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (O. Reg. 246/22).
• Experience in Long-Term Care (Gerontology) is an asset.
• Performs care planning and coordination within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in accordance with established care plans.
• Document resident information accurately and timely.
• Coordinate and oversee designated nursing personnel under supervision.
• Facilitate orientation of new team members and residents.
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
