Capital Ford Lincoln Inc. in Regina is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and first face of our dealership. You’ll handle phones, greet visitors, and provide friendly, professional support to our teams.

This role emphasizes communication, organization, and reliability. You’ll back-office tasks, manage messages, and help keep the showroom running smoothly during your 20-25 hour weekly schedule.

• Welcome with warmth: Greet showroom customers, guide them to the right person, and ensure they feel at home.
• Administrative support: Handle outgoing mail, type correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain company records.
• Jump in where needed: Perform other duties that help our team succeed.
