Capital Ford Lincoln (Winnipeg) is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers, diagnose vehicle concerns, and prepare cost estimates. You will collaborate with technicians and parts staff to ensure smooth service delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in automotive service, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. This on-site role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within Capital Automotive Group.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of automotive service experience, with prior experience in an OEM dealership environment preferred; a sales and customer service background is an asset.
