Job summary

Capital Automotive Group is seeking a detailing professional to wash, wax, and polish vehicles, and to deeply clean interiors for display and delivery readiness.

You will perform minor repairs, apply protectants, and maintain detailing tools while collaborating with other departments. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand, bend, lift and move vehicles throughout the day.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors with hand tools and buffers.
• Deep-clean interiors: vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean dashboards and windows.
• Perform minor scratch and blemish repairs.
• Apply surface protectants and treatments as needed.
• Organize and maintain detailing tools, materials, and supplies.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery or display for other departments.

What You'll Do:

• Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors using hand tools and mechanical buffers
• Deep-clean vehicle interiors: vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean dashboards, windows, and seats
• Perform minor scratch and blemish repairs
• Apply surface protectants and treatments as needed
• Organize and maintain detailing tools, materials, and supplies
• Assist other departments by preparing vehicles for delivery or display
