Job summary

AgeCare in Ontario is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate resident care according to care plans, support daily activities, and help maintain a safe environment across our age facilities.

You will document resident information, participate in trainings, onboarding of new staff, follow IPAC policies, and contribute to a supportive, respectful team culture while delivering meaningful, hands-on care to residents.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate/diploma completed and accredited.
• Meets Ontario vocational standards for PSW.
• Familiar with basic bedside care and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents per care plans and report observations.
• Document care provided and resident information as directed.
• Attend in-service sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist in onboarding new staff and follow IPAC policies.
