AgeCare Ltd. in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide resident care according to care plans and to assist in identifying resident needs. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and support residents with daily activities.

Formación

• PSW certificate/ diploma required.
• Meet vocational standards by Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
• Meet standards by NACCC and Ontario Community Support Association.
• Knowledge of simple bedside care procedures and good sanitation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monitoring care per care plan and report findings to supervisor.
• Document care information as directed.
• Attend in-service sessions, staff meetings and workshops.
• Assist in onboarding new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
