AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide resident care per their care plans, assist in documenting care activities, and support a safe, clean environment. You will join a caring team across AgeCare communities, contributing to meaningful resident experiences in Ontario.

You will participate in ongoing education sessions and collaborate with staff to meet residents' needs while following infection prevention protocols.

Competenze

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meet the standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association.
• Knowledge of bedside care and sanitation basics for geriatric residents.

Mansioni

• Assists in monitoring care to ensure alignment with care plans.
• Documents resident care information as directed.
• Attends in-service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assists in onboarding new staff.
• Adheres to IPAC policies and procedures.
