TD Canada Trust in Montréal is seeking a part-time Personal Banking Associate for 15 hours per week to assist customers with everyday banking needs, open new accounts, and connect clients with the right specialists to resolve queries.

You will educate customers on digital channels, support frontline staff with transactions, and contribute to a smooth, compliant branch workflow in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Formación

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers and identify needs.
• Strong communicator with good administrative, organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers in day-to-day banking advisory needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions and maintain confidentiality.
• Educate customers on digital banking trends and self-serve options.
• Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations and Code of Conduct.
