Job summary

ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development invites applications for a Part-Time Receptionist at our Mississauga site. This on-site role supports clients and staff, manages appointments in Meditech, handles mail, and maintains confidentiality.

The position requires at least two years in a similar role, a college diploma (asset), and strong communication skills. Work hours are 30 per week, Mon–Thu 12:30–7:30 pm and Fri 1:00–5:00 pm, with on-site duties and immunization requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to problem-solve effectively to meet client and staff needs.
• MS Office proficiency and familiarity with Meditech is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client and general inquiries in person and by telephone, directing concerns per policy.
• Enters and edits client appointments in Meditech as required.
• Ensures data integrity and confidentiality of client information.
• Manages incoming/outgoing mail for the site.
• Maintains a clean, organized reception area and supports emergency procedures.
• Availablity to work Monday–Thursday 12:30–7:30 pm and Friday 1:00–5:00 pm.
