ErinoakKids is seeking a Receptionist for our Mississauga site in a part-time, on-site role. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and scheduling while supporting staff and client experience.

The successful candidate will have at least two years in a similar role, strong interpersonal skills, and proficient use of office equipment. Availability Monday–Thursday 12:30–7:30 pm and Friday 1:00–5:00 pm is required; bilingual French/English is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar receptionist role.
• College diploma in a related field is an asset.
• Proficient with office equipment and multi-line phones.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic Meditech is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client inquiries in person and by phone following organizational policy.
• Enter and manage client appointments in Meditech.
• Maintain appointment data integrity and outcomes.
• Ensure client confidentiality at all times.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail for the site.
• Maintain a safe, organized reception area.
• Assist during emergencies per policy.
• Availability Monday to Thursday 12:30–7:30 pm and Friday 1:00–5:00 pm.
