Zusammenfassung

ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development is seeking a Float Receptionist to support all sites (Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville) on a consistent basis. You will be the first point of contact, shaping client impressions with your friendly, organized approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with shifts typically 5 to 8 hours long and some Saturday coverage may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to travel across all three sites (Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville).
• Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
• A college diploma in a related field is an asset.
• Proficient knowledge of office equipment (postage meter machines, fax machines, photocopiers and multi-line telephone systems).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to problem-solve effectively to meet the requests and needs of clients and staff.
• Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner using good judgment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products.
• Working knowledge of Meditech information systems is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset

• Acts as a main point of contact during emergency codes and procedures and supports any emergency procedures as per organizational policy.
• Flexibility required Monday to Friday (between 7:45am - 7:30pm). Some potential for Saturday coverage (8:00am to 4:00pm)
• Potential shift timings: Monday to Friday, 5-to-8-hour shifts

Position Summary

ErinoakKids is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of a Float Receptionist supporting all of our sites (Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville) on a consistent basis. Reporting to the Supervisor of Family and Community Experience, the Receptionist acts as a first point of contact for our clients and your personality, attitude, and organizational and problem-solving skills influence a client’s impression and experience of the organization.

The successful candidate will provide a positive image of ErinoakKids and will participate as an active member of the site in meeting overall goals and objectives. The Receptionist’s front-line duties and related administrative functions ensure client and staff needs are supported and that the client’s overall experience with the organization is positive.

Must be available to accept and respond to shift assignments on short notice, including same-day scheduling needs, with notifications that may occur as early as 7:00 a.m. Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, typically consisting of 5- to 8-hour shifts, based on operational requirements which can occur at any ErinoakKids location.
