Job summary

1st Choice Savings is a full-service financial institution serving approximately 19,000 members across five branch locations in Southern Alberta. This Financial Service Associate role is the first point of contact for members, handling transactions and proactively identifying financial needs within a collaborative team.

You will greet members, process transactions, contribute to sales goals, promote the credit union locally, and maintain a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, process financial transactions and support branch activities.
• Contribute to team sales goals while maintaining excellent member experience.
• Promote and raise awareness of 1st Choice Savings in the local community.
