Job summary

Coast Capital Savings in Ontario is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to be the first point of contact in the branch, delivering accurate service and proactive financial guidance. You will listen to members, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, educate clients about online banking and self-serve options, and help them achieve their financial goals with integrity and teamwork.
