FirstOntario Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service and identify financial solutions for members and prospective members, helping them reach their financial goals and become the credit union of choice.

You will work across branches, participate in business development, and promote digital channels while upholding Member Experience standards; the role requires teamwork, proactive outreach, and a commitment to serving the community.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a banking/credit union environment is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and identify financial solutions.
• Promote products and services to increase share of wallet.
• Assist with branch operations and daily cash handling.
• Support business development and internal/external referrals.
• Adhere to Member Experience standards and use digital channels.
