Job summary

FirstOntario Credit Union in Ontario is seeking a Member Experience Representative. You will deliver exceptional member service, identify financial needs, and provide timely financial advice to help members meet goals while promoting online banking and other delivery channels.

In this role you will drive branch operations, balance cash, process deposits and withdrawals, and support business development across multiple branches in the region, working as part of a team to ensure the best possible

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 3 years office, credit union/bank experience or demonstrated experience.
• Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and identify opportunities with members and prospective members.
• Provide prompt, accurate transactional service including deposits and withdrawals.
• Balance cash daily and perform branch opening/closing duties.
• Assist in maintaining safety deposit box records and compliance with policy.
