Job summary

Assiniboine Credit Union seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional in-branch service and assist members with transactions and digital banking needs.

You will engage with members, answer inquiries, and connect them with the right experts while upholding privacy and compliance standards. This role emphasizes relationship-building and community-focused service in Brandon, MB.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Cash handling experience including counting cash and balancing cash flows.
• Excellent customer service experience and a strong team player.
• Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate products or services, supporting sales growth and member engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level service to members in person and over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and cheque cashing.
• Promote digital banking and assist members with online/mobile solutions.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of member information.
• Follow policies for cash custody, security and risk management.
• Support lobby operations and help achieve team targets.
