Job summary

FirstService Residential Canada is seeking a part-time Concierge in Kelowna, BC. You will greet residents and visitors, delivering high-quality customer service and resolving issues to maintain a welcoming environment.

Shifts are Saturday–Sunday, 8am–4pm and 4pm–12am. Prior experience with strata buildings is a plus; English proficiency is essential to communicate with residents and staff. You will play a key role in representing the property management team at high-end communities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset
• At least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is required
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a warm smile and do their utmost to ensure high standard of customer service
• Represent the property management team and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for residents and guests
