AgeCare Mount Royal is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee resident care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safe, ethical nursing services. The RN will supervise shifts, document changes, and process physician orders promptly while maintaining AgeCare standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and current Alberta RN licensure, with a focus on geriatric or long-term care settings. Join a supportive, resident‑centered team and contribute to high‑quality care.

Formación

• A sound knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing.
• Experience in activation, nursing and personnel administration is preferred.
• Registration and membership in good standing with the provincial registry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing and other services for residents within the neighbourhood and with other services in the residence.
• Lead shift reports with the health care team to inform on changes in residents’ status.
• Review physician orders and ensure timely implementation, escalating issues as needed.
