ACIL AgeCare Investments Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care to residents and supervise Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. You will collaborate with the care team, review physician orders, and ensure timely documentation and compliance with provincial standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, current registration, and knowledge of relevant Canadian acts and regulations.

Qualifications

Geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing background with activation, nursing, and personnel administration experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and active RN registration in good standing.
Knowledge of relevant provincial acts and regulations affecting nursing home operations.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to residents in accordance with required medical care and nursing practice.
Supervise and direct Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers.
Coordinate nursing services and liaise with physicians and health care partners.
Review physician orders and ensure timely implementation and documentation.
Lead shift reports and communicate changes in residents' status to the care team.
Ensure medications and treatments are administered per policy and provincial standards.
