Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and provincial registration.
• Knowledge of Canadian health acts and safety regulations.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Ability to collaborate with the care team and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing and other services for residents within the neighbourhood.
• Leads shift report with the health care team, ensuring all members are informed of changes in residents’ status.
• Records significant changes in residents’ condition and documents per policy.
• Reviews physician orders and communicates issues promptly to leadership.
