The role requires evenings and weekend availability; no prior optical experience required. You’ll learn eyecare basics, assist with pre-screening, and deliver friendly service as part of a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Willingness to learn eyewear products and pre-testing procedures.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with selecting frames and lenses.
• Explain offers and products clearly to help informed choices.
• Assist with pre-screening tests and adjust frames for fit.
• Process orders for glasses and contact lenses and schedule follow-ups.
