Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and create an approachable store atmosphere.
- Understand customer needs and recommend eyecare solutions.
- Guide customers to frames that suit lenses and personal style.
- Explain offers and products clearly to help informed choices.
- Perform pre-screening tests and basic eye-care procedures with full training.
- Measure and adjust frames for fit and comfort.
- Process orders for prescription glasses and contacts.
- Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain customer care.
- Act as an ambassador for Specsavers and uphold company values.
