Job summary

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation is seeking a part-time Sales Experiences team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences at events. You will assist with setup, promotions and on-site service while engaging with fans and premium clients.

The ideal candidate has flexibility for evenings and weekends, a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transport is expected for off-site events.

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Outgoing personality and professional demeanor.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of hockey and related leagues (NHL, AHL, WHL, etc.).
• Knowledge of football (CFL) and lacrosse (NLL).
• Self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Frontline customer service focus and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, operation and takedown of all Sales Experiences.
• Work promotional events to help sell tickets.
• Collaborate with premium clients to ensure game experience meets standards.
• Provide courteous and enthusiastic service to customers.
• Assist clients with on-site game-day issues and requests.
• Support office administration as needed.
• Move, lift and store merchandise as required.
• Participate actively in safety programs and follow policies.
• Undertake any other duties as required.
