Qualifikationen

• Must be ProServe certified and 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse team members and adapt to individual needs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee setup and readiness of concessions stands.
• Supervise concession cashier team during events.
• Develop concessions team members based on abilities and needs.
• Collaborate with other leads to adapt roles for the team.
• Communicate team performance with management.
• Ensure smooth operation of food stands from pre-event to post-event.
• Monitor food production levels during events.
• Inventory stock pre- and post-event; order supplies as needed.
• Assist guests as needed and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, harassment-free work environment; report safety issues.
• Uphold company mission, vision, and values; participate in safety programs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
