Job summary

Modern Dental Canada is seeking a part-time Outside Sales Representative to cover North Vancouver, Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Richmond, BC. The role focuses on dental lab products, digital workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutions.

Trade in-person visits, demos, and follow-up to grow revenue and market share, while leveraging marketing campaigns and CRM insights to hit targets. Flexible hours and career growth are offered, with investments in the latest technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated outside sales experience in B2B or healthcare fields preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned BC territories and maintain CRM records.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

As we continue to grow and expand services in Canada, we are seeking part-time Outside Sales Representatives to join our team in the North Vancouver, Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Richmond, BC areas.

Responsibilities:

• Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products, digital dentistry workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutions


• Use in person visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up to grow revenue and market share


• Leverage selling skills, marketing campaigns, and technical insight to generate opportunities


• Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets. Track sales activities, progress, and pipeline through CRM tools


• Work as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory, ensuring clear communication and seamless service


• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights to leadership


• Collaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issues


• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

• Previous work experience in business to business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, or healthcare services field preferred


• Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory


• Previous experience selling to dental offices, dental labs and medical professionals


• Familiarity with digital workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistry


• Strong budget development, oversight and sales management skills


• Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset


• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred


• Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed


• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check


• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Pay:

CA$18.25 - CA$26.00 + uncapped commissions
