Job summary

ClearDent in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a Dental Software Technical Support representative to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries. You will provide application support for all ClearDent products, perform general troubleshooting, and escalate as appropriate to ensure a positive customer experience.

This full-time role requires strong English communication, problem-solving, and SaaS tooling skills, with knowledge of SQL Server, Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with SaaS software tools.
  • Experience with Windows Workstation/Servers and Office 365.
  • Certificate or degree in Computer Information Systems or 2 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class support to customers with enthusiasm and care.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Troubleshoot to identify root causes and provide resolutions.
  • Escalate cases to appropriate Customer Support members as needed.
  • Document actions taken in proper systems with details.
  • Handle multiple customer service queues.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of all ClearDent products.
  • Support lead with other duties and projects.

About the Role

ClearDent is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Dental Software Technical Support representative to serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer inquiries. This position provides application support for all ClearDent products, performs general troubleshooting to identify the root cause of reported issues, and escalates as appropriate. The role ensures a positive and successful customer service experience.


This position is a full-time role based in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia.


Responsibilities


  • Provide best-in-class support to our customers by engaging the customer with enthusiasm and care.

  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer

  • Perform general troubleshooting to identify the root cause of issues and provide a resolution

  • Escalate the case to the appropriate Customer Support members as necessary

  • Document all actions taken in proper systems and with sufficient details

  • Handle multiple customer service queues

  • Continuously develop and improve knowledge of all ClearDent products

  • Other duties and projects assigned by the Customer Support Lead


What You Bring


  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in SaaS software tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Workstation / Servers and Microsoft Office 365

  • Certificate or degree in Computer Information Systems or 2 years of equivalent experience

  • Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is an asset

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Confluence is an asset
