Foundation Physiotherapy and Wellness in Toronto is adding a part-time Client Experience Assistant to join our front-desk team at Trinity Bellwoods. You will engage with clients, answer inquiries, process bookings and payments, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience in health/fitness or hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work Tuesdays, Thursdays (12pm–8pm) and Saturdays (9am–5pm).

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience in gym/fitness, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
• Availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm–8pm and Saturdays 9am–5pm.
• Experience with billing, invoicing, collections and email communications is a plus.

• High quality interactions with clients of the facility
• Delivering client services such as inquiries, bookings, payments
• Administrative tasks as assigned
• Maintenance and upkeep of the facility
• Understanding and selling related health care services and products
• Preparing and implementing marketing events
