Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness in Toronto's Trinity Bellwoods clinic is hiring a Client Experience Assistant to greet, guide, and support clients at the front desk. This part-time role suits someone who thrives in a busy clinic and wants to build administrative and leadership skills in health care.
You will handle phone and in-person inquiries, bookings, and payments, assist billing and coordination, and help plan marketing events and promotions.
Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness is hiring for a Client Experience Assistant job in Toronto, Ontario, and we're looking for a service-oriented person to join our Trinity Bellwoods clinic at Dundas West and Bathurst. This is a part-time role for someone who enjoys the energy of a busy clinic and wants to build administrative and leadership skills in the health and wellness industry. You'll be the first person our clients meet, and the way you greet, guide, and follow up with them shapes how they experience the care we provide.
Foundation is led entirely by practicing Canadian physiotherapists, and we hold to a simple belief: ownership creates better clinicians. That mindset applies at the front desk just as much as in the treatment room. We want people who take responsibility for the details, follow through on what they start, and care how a client's visit feels from the first phone call to the last follow-up email. Our culture is collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented, and we describe our goal as developing future leaders rather than simply filling a schedule.
Foundation is more than a single clinic. We operate across the Greater Toronto Area, with locations including CityPlace, the Downtown Core, Corktown, Trinity Bellwoods, Etobicoke, and Vaughan. Our teams offer physiotherapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic care, along with specialized programs such as sports medicine, running, pre- and postnatal care, and pelvic health. Understanding those services matters in this role, because part of your work is helping clients find the right care and knowing what we offer.
Your shifts are built around people. You'll answer questions by phone and in person, book appointments, and handle payments, so clients leave the front desk feeling looked after rather than processed. Behind the scenes, you'll support billing, reporting, and team coordination, and you'll help keep the clinic tidy and welcoming. We're looking for availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm to 8pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm.
There's a creative side to the role as well. You'll help plan and run marketing events, develop and deliver promotions, and share our health care services and products in a way that feels helpful rather than pushy. If you've worked in gym or fitness settings, retail, or catering and hospitality, you already know how to make people feel welcome, and this position gives you room to turn that skill into administrative and leadership experience. We'd also like you to enjoy it: smiling, laughing, and having a good time is part of the job description.
Compensation:If this sounds like where you'd like to build your career, we'd love to hear from you. Foundation believes in developing future leaders, and that starts with the people who welcome clients through our doors.
High school education Previous customer service experience in gym/fitness settings, retail, or catering/hospitality is ideal Experience with billing, invoicing, collections, and creating email communication is an asset Availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays (12pm–8pm) and Saturdays (9am–5pm)
