Job summary

Killam Apartment REIT in St. John’s is seeking a part-time cleaner to support multiple properties, approximately 25 hours per week. Reliable transportation is required to access various sites across the portfolio.

The role focuses on maintaining clean common areas, floors, windows, and waste removal, with opportunities for training and benefits as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven communication skills, both written and oral.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste.
• Wash windows and interior walls.
• Pick up garbage.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Report deficiencies to Property Manager for repair.
• Other duties as required.

We have a part-time position available for an energetic, customer focused cleaner in St. John's for approximately 25 hours per week. This position will work at various properties so access to reliable transportation is required.
