Job summary

Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking a part-time Live-In Assistant Resident Manager for Southport Apartments. The role runs Monday to Friday 4pm–7pm with on-call responsibilities and includes a rental benefit as compensation.

You will greet tenants, coordinate bookings, prepare units for re-rental, handle notices and correspondence, and support administrative work between the property and head office. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

At this time, we are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Live-In Assistant Resident Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at Southport Apartments. The hours for this position will be Monday to Friday 4pm – 7pm plus on-call phone duties. Compensation for this position will be a rental benefit.
