Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Moncton team. This role offers an hourly wage and opportunities for training and development in a growth-oriented organization.

The successful candidate will perform trim installation, general maintenance, and renovations across residences; plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is an asset. A NB driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Must have a valid New Brunswick driver's license and a reliable vehicle for day-to-day operation.
• Renovations experience an asset.

What you will do:

• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware;
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences;
• General maintenance and/or painting;
• Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;
• All other duties as required.

Who you are:

• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role;
• Ability to work as a team, and also under minimal supervision;
• Effective, proven skills and experience;
• Renovations experience an asset;
• Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience an asset;
• Must have a valid New Brunswick driver's license and a reliable vehicle for day-to-day operation.
