Star Buds Cannabis Co. is a neighbourhood dispensary focused on educating customers about cannabis products and creating a welcoming store experience. The Retail Key Holder will help build a strong team culture, manage inventory, and execute company directives to drive store success.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling inquiries, educating buyers, processing payments, and ensuring accurate opening/closing procedures. Flexibility with schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• CannSell Certification considered an asset.
• Successful background check required before joining our team.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
• Experience with scheduling software.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all customers that visit the store.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns politely and professionally.
• Educate customers about products we carry.
• Process payments with POS and computer systems.
• Open and close the store accurately and on time.
• Stay updated on offers and promotions.
• Respond to member inquiries with accurate information.
• Maintain daily and weekly sales goals.

Star Buds Cannabis Co. is your neighbourhood dispensary. We provide a comfortable setting to learn about and purchase all types of cannabis products. Our carefully curated selection includes flower strains, pre-rolls, vape products, edibles, beverages, extracts, topicals, tinctures, accessories and more. • To create an amazing store dynamic and culture for our amazing teams
• Have a great grasp on inventory management and order fulfillment
• Execute company directives and initiatives to ensure they are completed with success
• Compliance is key, so attention to detail with regulatory bodies is very important to us
• Work with the company's leadership to ensure merchandising and promotions are planned and followed through
• Effectively communicate to your direct manager
• Can lead by setting a great example for the team
• Coach your team effectively by building on their strengths and helping them succeed

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about our products
• Process payments with POS and computer systems
• Open and close the store accurately and on time
• Staying up to date on offers and specials
• Responding to member inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy
• Maintaining sales goals on a daily and weekly basis
• Closing and completing all end-of-day reports and procedures
• Complete inventory counts as directed by your manager
• Ensure the store is clean and tidy

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• CannSell Certification considered an asset

• Previous use of scheduling software
• Knowledgeable about Inventory Management procedures
• Flexibility with schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous key holder experience is an asset
