Job summary

Value Buds is seeking a motivated Keyholder to join our cannabis retail team in Toronto. You will lead by example, assist customers with product recommendations and education, and support daily store operations including merchandising, stock control, and POS transactions.

The ideal candidate has retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a Cannabis selling certification. You must meet provincial age requirements, be able to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs, and pass a

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check

Keyholder / Shift Lead - Cannabis Retail

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, taking ownership during their shifts, and supporting both customers and teammates in a fast-paced setting.
