Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience is expected.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, especially Lightspeed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management.
• Eager to learn about cannabis products, strains, and accessories.
• Willingness to work across multiple store locations and flexible hours.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assessing needs and making recommendations.
• Manage POS transactions, including sales, voids, discounts, and promotions.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive in-store environment and uphold company policies.
• Learn cannabis products and education programs to educate customers.

Essential Functions

• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations


• Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees


• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)


• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store


• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally


• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories


• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting


• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures


• Comfortable working independently


• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained


• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.
