Job summary

FOUR20 Premium Market in Edmonton is seeking team members who care about cannabis and community, delivering education and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-changing market.

You will work at multiple locations, handle POS transactions, maintain inventory, uphold safety and regulatory guidelines, and contribute to a knowledgeable, welcoming store culture.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age and hold a license in the position's province.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Time management and multitasking ability.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations.
• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS).
• Open and close procedures of the store.
• Be a problem solver: adapt to unforeseen situations and resolve issues promptly.
• Continuous learning about cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories.

Essential Functions

• Being a kind and decent human being, be your authentic self, promote a safe and inclusive environment
• Provide outstanding customer service by building baskets based on customers needs and recommendations
• Working together as a team, contributing to our FOUR20 culture and ensuring a safe space for all customers and employees
• Manage POS systems for transactions: sales, voids, discounts and promotions (Lightspeed POS)
• Responsible for open and close procedures of the store
• Be problem solvers: flexible with unforeseen situations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Curious mindset; continuous learning of Cannabis products, strains, categories and accessories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained
• Leverage our best in class in-house cannabis and sales education program.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
