Job summary

FOUR20 Premium Market is seeking friendly, knowledgeable retail associates to join our cannabis-focused team in Alberta. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, education on products, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, inclusive store environment across locations. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn about cannabis categories and accessories are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Ability to learn Cannabis products and categories.
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting
• Adhering to all regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures
• Comfortable working independently
• Merchandising and stocking, keeping product levels maintained

Requirements

• Must be of legal age and hold a license in the province of the position *Non-negotiable*

• Retail and customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
• Time Management Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and develop
• Ability to work at multiple locations will allow for more hours and development
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be physically able to pull, push and carry up to 25 lbs
