You will represent the brand values and bring your authentic self to work, while supporting loyalty programs and team goals. You should be a people person, energetic, and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage customers and drive loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using a friendly, energetic approach to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Navigate Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to assist guests.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver store standards.
