Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Canada. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

Responsibilities include educating guests on AE/Aerie products, using the AEO Selling Model, and promoting the loyalty program. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required, plus a passion for retail and our brand.

Qualifications

• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to getting the job done.
