Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Toronto, Ontario. You will bring our brand to life, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

As the face of our brand, you’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote our loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You’ll work with energy in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
