Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Surrey, BC is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and focused on building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, engaging customers with the AEO Selling Model and sharing brand love.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Experience in retail environments is a plus.
• You bring energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You’re enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to achieve store goals and maintain standards.
