Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in West Vancouver to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide every guest with an exceptional shopping experience and represent our values with your REAL self.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while delivering friendly, high-energy service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion for fashion and AE/Aerie products.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
