Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Barrie, ON. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. You’ll bring energy, enjoy interacting with people, and uphold brand integrity while supporting a fast-paced retail environment and

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and keep a friendly, helpful attitude.
• You handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in retail is preferred and appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
