Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Abbotsford to bring our brand to life in-store. You will engage with guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, maintaining energy and integrity in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in retail and a passion for brand love are valued.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a positive guest experience.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You have prior retail experience and enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful product suggestions.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
