Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Newmarket, Ontario, to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You’ll be the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, educate on product details, and promote the loyalty program while upholding company policies and values.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and maintain integrity.
